Count me as one of the many that was unable to get the pump to work. It just stayed locked down which made it unusable. After trying everything I could think of, I was able to replace the pump with the one from the container that had just run out. This happened to me at least once before. At the least there should be directions on how to unlock the pump. Excellent quality

The scent is amazing, and I love the amount of lather I get from just a little bit. What I like best is that after using this on my hair, my hair was so clean, soft and bouncy.
