Dixie, you should be ashamed!! Quality is no longer your game and hasn't been for years. Off brands are better than your alleged 2X stronger. 2X stronger than what??!! Pfft!! It takes three of your plates to almost not bend with a chicken breast. Sad...very disappointed.

I buy Dixie plates and finally saying something. The dixie plates when you put hot food on them the plates leaves hot sweat mark on the table or counter that you place it on. You pick up plate and it is on the counter or table, especially on the table. I wish they could make the plates a little thicker so it doesn't due that. They need to be redesigned. Gracias.

This was my 1st time purchase of Dixie Bowls and most likely my last. 1st bowl used I put cornbeef hash in and never used any sharp utensils in just plastic spoon. The bowl leaked grease all the way thru.

Last week while on a girl's trip I purchased plates. The quality was not good. If you did hold the plate with 2 hands your food would drop to the floor. They also get soaked quickly. Dixie use to be the best plate you could buy.

Size matters! I use these at cookouts and barbecues. There is enough room on the plate for guests to have ample portions of several items with out overdoing it. Results? The food is distributed to a larger number of guests, no gets left out of an item. Better still, less wasted food ends up in trash. Fewer "eyes are bigger than my stomach"

This 7 inch plate is the one used most often in our household. Sandwiches, snacks, slice of pie or cake. Great for birthday parties. No washing, just wipe and recycle.
