You guys at Dove done messed up a fantastic product! I don’t even know how many years I’ve been using the cucumber cool essentials advanced care, but I recently restocked and been driving myself nuts all week wondering why I suddenly have BO for the first time in my life. I even washed my coat thinking it was making my sweaters stinky despite me rarely ever sweating in it. Did some research and come to find out about the formula change. Such a shame. Now I need to return the bundle I just got and hit the shops to find the old trusted and true formula. **note to those experiencing the same thing—- I think it’s this new “Pro-ceramide technology”! Old one was “NutriumMoisture”. Dove, if you wanna jump on this ceramide beauty trend then fine. But make it a separate line for those who actually need it. Or just save it for a product where it’s actually effective. The rest of us want the stuff that kept our pits fresh, not some tiny microdose of ‘ceramides’ that likely doesn’t make a difference anyway. Terrible New Scent!
The new scent is terrible. It’s like grandma’s powdery perfume instead of a tried-and-true crisp scent. Why mess with a good thing?? This has been my deodorant for SO long, but I just can’t wear the new formula. Go back to the old formula please!
Loved and used for years with no issues the old formula in this scent 48 hour. Will be finding a new alternative. This no longer works, the smell is awful and I fell asleep if I have body odor all day. New formulation is awful
The formula and active ingredient have both changed. Used the old one for years and very happy with it. This new formulation is awful - doesn’t work as well and makes me itch. Terrible, headache inducing fragrance. Why change such a great product? The new formula's ingredients are not good. A wonderful product is now slimy and useless
Ugg. This is now just a useless horrible product. It doesn't keep me dry, it doesn't keep from being stinky. It's slimy putting it on. The smell is gross. Which I would endure if it still worked but *SIGH* my favorite deodorant ever is gone. Why oh why oh why did the company change a brilliant product to one that is junk.
