Formulation Has Changed
I have used the Dove “original clean” scented antiperspirant for probably 15-20 years. In fact, I bought it in bulk. The former product used to say “all day” and now says “48 hours”. It leaves a residue that is very hard to get off. The scent has changed from a neutral, clean scent to a tropical fruity scent. The active ingredient has also changed from aluminum chlorohydrate to aluminum zirconium tetrachlorohydrex. The formulation change is now leaving a red rash all under my and my daughter’s arms that looks like a chemical burn.
