    terrible decision

    terrible decision to add that 1/4 moisturizing cream. They ruined a classically great product. I hate it. I will no longer buy this new formula. I don't believe for one second that they did it for quality reasons. They did it to fill up their ounces with a cheaper ingredient.

    Lost a 20 year customer

    I’ve used original clean dove deodorant for 20 years. I immediately searched “what changed” after applying it today and saw the feedback from tons of users commenting on the smell. The smell is truly so awful and far from “original.” People choose original because they DON’T want some crazy artificial fruity/floral smell and unfortunately that’s what this is. It’s so so bad that I’m about to shower twice to get it off my skin because it’s giving me a terrible headache. Huge disappointment and pretty unhappy they didn’t mention the scent changed in the packaging. I have a 2 pack that’s going straight to the garbage because I can’t handle the smell. It’s permeating my whole house.

    Armpits of Despair

    I have used Original Clean for well over 20 years and my daughter has used it for the past 7 years, we can no longer use this product. We are sensitive to smell and the change in scent now gives us both headaches, leaves white flakes and has a weird texture. We both feel betrayed and now need time to grieve the loss of the only antiperspirant on the market that worked, had a light scent and did not smell like food or flowers.

    Has Become a Worthless Product

    I was someone that purchased this deodorant regularly, and have been so disappointed by the change. The original formula had a light baby powder-esque scent and went on smoothly. I just opened a new package and was surprised by how pungent and perfume-y it was.Gross! I decided to try it anyway, and put the deodorant on and started doing my hair for the day... only to notice that white crumbles were now falling from my armpits! After a light application and only a few minutes?? So disgusting. It not only smells awful and pungent, it does not work either. A complete waste of money! Looks like I will be searching for a deodorant with a proper light scent, instead of the one I have used since I was a teenager. Do not buy this product!

    New formula and scent with zero heads up

    I’ve used this for over 20 years and recently purchased it in bulk to stock up, but no where in the listing did it state that the formula and scent had change. This new scent is so strong and flowery that it triggers my migraines and the new formula is making my under arm skin red and it also works terribly now. I need to apply by mid day, when I used to smell fresh all day. I do not have an active job where I sweat a lot. I want a refund and this was false advertising

    Terrible new formula!

    Go back to the old formula! The new formula smells so bad! I won’t be buying anymore dove products until you return to the original clean scent we all loved so much! It doesn’t work, it irritates my skin, I’m looking at other products.
