Free of perfumes & gentle to skin
This product is great cause I have allergies. I was getting itchy from regular softness & sneezed from the perfumes. Excellent product at a good price.
Downy is an excellent product that lives up to its hype. I especially love the unscented. Liquid Downy is much better than fabric sheets. I opened and poured nothing came out it like it had got frozen so I squeezed very hard to use it I guess it didn't loose it concentration first time I use that fabric softenerHace 5 mesesWe're so sorry to hear you had this experience with our Downy Soft Liquid Fabric Softener, Free & Gentle, Candie. It must upsetting that the liquid turned out so thick and did not pour out.<br /><br />This is definitely not the type of experience we want you to go through being your first time using this version of it.<br /><br />When storing the product it can become thick or lumpy when exposed to extreme temperatures (either hot or cold).<br /><br />Best suggestion for storing the product is to store it at room temperature – in a cool, dry place and use it within one year (as after the shelf is past it may cause the liquid to thicken.)<br /><br />If it was frozen, it will appear much thicker (gel-like) and won't return to normal consistency on its own.<br /><br />Please contact us at (800) 688-7638 so we can hear more about this situation and take care of your for the bottle. Soft and do not stain light clothes
