They do fit well in my walking shoes. They do not weigh a lot nor do they weigh my shoes down. The responsiveness to my foot is just okay. Supportable and comfortable

They’ve given me a lot of support and helps with weight distribution so I’m not walking so heavy on the balls of my feet. Easy to use!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Luckily I’m on the largest side of this product so I didn’t have to trim at all, and it fit very well in my shoes! Super easy to put in and take out as needed. They are lightweight and don’t make any noise. I would not recommend them for a gym workout that involves jumping/side to side movement as they move around a little bit, but they work for everything else! Nice Insole with Arch Support
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love a good insole for my shoes, especially heels and boots. As someone with flat feet, these work well to provide the arch support I need, while also adding some cushion for comfort. Depending on the type of boot I but these in, they can help me last for hours to the whole day (think boot heels vs Dr Martens). Soft, Supportive, and Easy to Fit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dr Scholl's adapts to you insoles provides great comfort. They feel very soft but still supportive, especially around the arch and heal. I like that they have this 360 degree self molding feature because it actually adapts to your food instead of just feeling like regular foam. Once I adjusted and trimmed them to fit they sleep perfectly into most of my wide everyday shoes without feeling bulky. They really started taking the shape of my feet in few days. They are lightweight, easy to cut is for the right size, and give noticeable arch support compared to basic inserts. I also feel less foot and leg tiredness after being on my feet all day. Good cushioning and support
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a pair of workout shoes with really uncomfortable footbeds. I was excited to swap them out for the Dr. Scholl’s Adapts to You inserts. I am a women’s size 8-8.5 and for the 6-10 insert. I cut them down to a size 8 since that was the size of the shoe in question. The inserts fit well. They slid right in and kind of clicked into place. I noticed better cushion and support right away. Over the next few days, the inserts felt like they molded more to my feet. I haven’t the typical gym shoe bad smell with these sneakers, so I think the anti-odor is working. Extreme comfort

He’s on his feet a lot throughout the day and these insoles have made a huge difference! He said they were comfortable right away with no break in period. They mood to his feet after just a few wears. The support is noticeable especially in the arch, and he mentioned less foot fatigue by the end of the day.
