    So sad

    Used to be the right size for my shoes. Used to be a pretty pinkish-red color. I bought tons of them. The arch hit just right and the cushioning was great. You have changed them. They no longer fit correctly. I am now wearing Powerstep Pinnacle. Thanks so much for ruining my affordable insoles.

    Bigger is NOT better

    They have gotten bigger in the last several years. The heel portion is broader and won't fit into my running shoes like the older ones did, which were perfect.

    One size only = bad

    This one size fits all does not work well at all, it's obviously designed for the larger sizes and no longer fits my foot profile. I cannot use these anymore after using them for over 8 years, guess I'll have to find another brand.

    One size does NOT fit all

    On my feet at my job. Used these insoles for more years than I can remember. Completely satisfied until your company decided to go one size instead of two simply because it's cheaper. Being Dr Scholl's, the company is fully aware of the anatomy of the human foot. You therefore know the arch is no longer in the correct position for the majority of your customers. The purpose of your product is to relieve pain and discomfort. Your product now adds to it. Dr Scholl's has sacrificed quality and customer satisfaction to make a quick buck as cheaply as possible. However, the profits will drop off as more and more customers realize as I have that Dr Scholl's isn't the Dr Scholl's they've known for years. It's just another example of corporate greed. I have no intention on wasting my money or causing myself to suffer through using your products again.

    You discontinued a mid size range

    I used these insoles for many years (10?). I am so beside myself that you have discontinued the men's smaller size. Now there is a huge gap leaving women with larger feet or men with smaller feet no choice but to look elsewhere for a proper size. Cutting down the men's insole resultsl in the arch in the wrong place for many in the mid range. What were you thinking to discontinue this? From what I've heard the new pricier version that has more size options is thinner and nothing like this runner insole. I'm so sad but you have lost a long term customer.

    What my achy feet needed!!

    I am training for half marathon and I never focused on how comfortable I need my feet to be more than at this time and I’ve been running for over 20 years. I will definitely keep these in my soles from now on (to 20 more years with the Dr.)!

    Run Insoles Sizing

    You used to make a men's large and extra large in the Run style insert. Please consider doing this again! You can't expect the arch for a size 8 to be in the proper position when the arch is positioned to accommodate a size 14. Please!

    COMFORTABLE

    Super comfortable! They feel like they are messaging my feet as I run/walk. They have formed nicely around my foot and fit well in my running shoes.
