After my shoes cut into the back of my heel I needed a quick, discreet buffer to keep it from continuing to rub and these did the trick and lasted through most of the night. I love the hydrogel and my husband says these work miracles for him when his dress shoes rub while walking around the airport all day. Shipyard worker, breaking in new boots. Knowing blister will most likely happen on the heals of the feet. Purchased blister cushions hoping to prevent the blisters. Did not work. Day one the bandage did not stay in place it rolled up in the sock, got blisters on the heels of my feet. Day two did not work to protect blisters. Bring the old blister treatment back!
They don’t stay in place. They move around stick to your socks and need adhesive remover to remove the hydrogel from socks! The old blister treatment Dr. Scholls use to make stayed on for 2-3 days and was waterproof. Amazing for blisters!

Light and not noticeble
