They make my shoes fit much better.

Not worth the cost. No percepable support.
I placed the supports in walking/running shoes and after a week no noticeable change. Although the size was shown on the package the inserts were a bit short and not a good fit because they kept sliding didn’t stay in place. No useful arch support..1 users found this review helpful.
