My go to relaxing bath time routine. The lavender aroma is strong but not over powering. I always use this product before bedtime so the lavender is perfect gateway for a sleepy mood. I love dr teals epsom salt especially the lavender scent. It helps my muscles to relax. I love soaking for a 1hr or 2. I do a bath detox mixing it with coconut oil and baking soda. Some of my absolute favorite stuff to use! I take a bath after every shower and it’s helped relax me before bed. It’s a great amount, I probably restock every month or longer if I don’t take a bath as often.
