The taste was good & I liked the gummy. WORKS FOR ME
I HAVE USED THIS OCCASSIONALLY FOR THE PAST FEW YEARS. MOST OF THE TIME, I TAKE ONE TABLET IN LATE EVENING OR DURING THE NIGHT. IT USUSALLY WORKS WITHIN 6 TO TEN HOURS. I HAVE SOMETIMES HAD IT WORK SOONER.
