I know it's medicine so it ain't gonna taste the best but dang I would not wish it on my worst enemy. Sure it helps a little bit but you would have to put me under in order for me to take it ever again lol also the "great tasting" yeah right

Great for on the go
I am to take fiber supplements 3 times a day by Doctors orders. I usually drink the fiber drinks but this is a great way to take it when you're on the go!

- TMI WARNING - First time was last week I took two and in less than an hour I was able to pass soft stool. Today, I feel like gas is trapped behind stool I can't pass and I feel bloated badly. I took two about 20 minutes ago, and I feel the bloat in my stomach loosening and things moving around. I'm hoping for results soon, it definitely worked last week

Took a really long time. I took three and drank three bottles of water. It didn't work until the 6 hour mark. But it was very gentle. No different than a normal bowel movement.
