Unexpected shimmer??
I just got bold lilac today, and upon first test, it was a little difficult to blend out and ended up a little patchy- i'm not sure why this is, maybe I was using the wrong techniques and tools?? Also, I found that it has little sparkles in it, which was a little unexpected since the pictures or description didn't say anything about that.
