Excelente precio
This liner applies smoothly, but does not feel too creamy so that it would smear. After applying it, I have time to blend before applying something on top. I would like if it were more long wearing, but for the price I can't complain. This was literally my first lip liner ever. I'm new to makeup and I was scared to try lip liner because I didn't want tmy lips to look huge 😅 but this E.L.F. lip liner had absolutely shocked me. So easy to use, Creamy, yet powerful. I absolutely love it!!
