    Not a great formula

    I like my eyeliner black and usually I love elf products but this one, needs one coat of eyeliner let it dry and then another one on top to have a better look

    Love it

    It so good. Love how dark it is and that it creates a precise line. So easy to use and packaging is very good (can be carried anywhere and not worried that it dries)
