But I did give this a fair run and I typically enjoy ELF products but I wasn’t sold on this one. After applying this formula it wasn’t easy at all to blend. Does not blend well or apply easily
Highly pigmented and hard to control the amount coming out. It gets the cap all messy. You really have to apply a little on the back of your hand and then dip your brush in, so a lot of product is wasted. it doesn't go on very evenly.
