Too dry
I believe elf products are very good quality for the most part but not impressed with the camo 16 hour concealer. It dries way too quickly. Very hard to blend. The texture seems very odd too, very thick BUT I found a use for it. I have very oily eyelids so I use it as an eyelid primer. Still have to work very quickly though but it locks my eye makeup on better than anything else I've tried. I bet the hydrating formula is much better suited for me. I've used the Nars radiant concealer for years, I'll stick with that. Not good.
I love the flawless brightening concealer because it covers enough while not clinging to any of my dryness and looking like skin but that is now discontinued so I decided to try this. It needs a new container!
