    😘🔥🥰❤️

    A little too chubby

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The e.l.f Brow Pencil has a smooth glide with a color that stays. My only complaint is the Brow Pencil tip is too thick for my brows. I wish it was smaller for more detail work but I can make it work! I received the e.l.f Brow Pencil free for my honest review.

    Such a good cheapie!

    Great

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the versatility of this product. It had great long lasting wear. The packaging was nasic but nice. The pigmentation was great. I could definitely see this being a new makeup staple.

    Changed Formula

    I have been using the neutral brown for years and loved it. I bought some new ones to keep in reserve....I opened and used one......did not go on easily and was over waxy....had a difficult time applying. Now I am on the hunt for another brand since this one is not working any longer.....this is what happend when the formula is changed to save money and the product turns into a not-so-well liked any longer.

    Keep going back to this product
