Not Very Easy to Apply

The Worst
I typically go for the precision expert liquid liner but the store was sold out so I thought I'd grab the liner that looked like it was for bold eyeliner. This eyeliner is as more like a wax pencil, has next to no pigment and is super dry. Really expected more from a bold brush liner. Not my favourite liquid liner
I have found it is so hard to get a dark line. After applying a little bit of liner, it starts to get dry and I have to shake it so many times just to get one eye done. Had high hopes
I usually never leave reviews for anything but this was something I felt I had to share. I have used elf probe site for years and I've never not liked something from them, they are affordable and have been a staple for me. This eyeliner was one that I wanted to and I have to say I am so disappointed, there's no pigment, I have to press way harder than ever needed to get the product to come out into the applicator and even then it dried way too fast and then completely evaporated. No staying power
Nice and easy to use, but unfortunately rubs off far too easily too - easily rubbed off even hours after application.
