DRY . could not use
No wonder if was on clearance. It was totally dried out. I had to throw away. Tried to return it at my local CVS I. Farragut TN but if was purchased at a CVS in Clinton TN and the Farragut CVS did not carry it. So I lost my money on that purchase.

Haven't tried this before, Trying to find a different mascara and I chose this one. And I'm happy with the results, my lashes look longer and it doesn't flake by the end of the day!
