great eyeliner
I wear this eyeliner everytime I go out and it's really budge proof. I personally like it very dark so I sometimes i have to do multiple layers, but for the price you can't beat it. actually no budge.

Pretty decent eyeliner
I actually use this product for my eyebrows and I'm pleased with how long it lasts. Won’t budge but irritates eyes
