    Guys we have a new holy grail!!!! It’s so amazing. I have the pout clout pluming pen in two shades and I can’t get enough. They keep ur lips soft and moisturized for everrrr. I would totally recommend! And the plumping doesn’t sting it’s just a cool feeling u need this!!

    My go-to

    I own lip products from all the high-end designers…Givenchy, YSL, Dior. But the ELF Pout Clouts are what I grab almost everyday. I love the colors and the formula. I mix them together and mix with other lip products. I love that there’s some plumping, but it’s not too overpowering and doesn’t burn.

    Very glossy and you can feel the plumping

    This has good shine. It tingles for sure but I don’t find it painful. I pair with elf lip liner.

    Smooth

    I pickes this up in Pinky Out for more of a casual/subtle look for work, church, etc. and nailed it. The color is perfect, and its so smooth going on. Now I want to try a darker shade for night out with hubby.

    Love it

    The colour is perfect especially now the summer is coming, by clicking more (a few times when initially starting) you can increase volume of product. I love it.
