Not for Oily Skin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The consistency of the product wasn’t really for me. Not the best for combo to oily skin. I did not experience a cooling effect either. Nice cooling effect

Smooth hydrated glowing skin long lasting makeup
This was my first time using this product.
