    Whoa glow

    I use this in the summer as my last skincare step before applying or just on its own! Gives a very subtle glowy dewy look that works great as a primer for makeup as well.

    I really enjoyed using the e.l.f. SKIN Suntouchable Whoa Glow SPF 30 Mini during the day under my makeup. It blends in easily, feels lightweight, and gives my skin a natural glow without feeling greasy. I also like that it doesn’t have a strong scent, which makes it perfect for everyday wear.
