[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know I don't get enough vitamin c and this seemed like a great option, especially if you have difficulty swallowing pills. I'm a hot beverage drinker so I pour a single packet into a mug and ad 6 ounces of hot water from my single serve coffee maker. Give it a quick stir and let it cool. Tastes better than ever!
