I have been buying Ensure for years now and love them! I wish they didn't use seed oils or soy for their protein source. It used to have pea protein not too long ago and now they have added Carageenan to Ensure. Terrible choice!! Not nice to see that. Loved my Ensure
I had the Vanilla flavor but I must admit, the Butter Pecan is just as good if you’re not allergic to nuts. Give them both a try.
