I have been buying Ensure for years now and love them! I wish they didn't use seed oils or soy for their protein source. It used to have pea protein not too long ago and now they have added Carageenan to Ensure. Terrible choice!! Not nice to see that. Nutritional Value
I don’t have a normal appetite because of stomach issues. Ensure gives me the nutritional value I need. It doesn’t irritate my stomach and taste good.
