This is a product that my husband uses everyday. He especially likes the strawberry and I like the original rather than the version with more calories. But it is also a product that is hard to order because it is heavy and expensive to ship and deliver. Nutritional Value
I don’t have a normal appetite because of stomach issues. Ensure gives me the nutritional value I need. It doesn’t irritate my stomach and taste good.
