[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this shave cream years ago and really enjoyed it, as it's easily spread on the skin and very smoothing. It also seems to help cut down on any small nicks or cuts. I love the hand pump too- so convenient! I do think the scent is a bit too strong- I'd love something a bit more "neutral". Shave cream that works

My razor glided over smoothly and did not have any irritated skin. Will most likely repurchase. Meh…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I knew this had Shea butter and Shea oil but I wasn't expecting the lotion consistency. It says shave cream so I had in mind the typical foaming cream. Upon further reading of the label I saw that it does say that it is a shave lotion that can be used wet or dry. Using this in the shower is fine. It does what it says- hydrates and prevents nicks and cuts. It feels similar to using conditioner when I've been out of shave cream before. When I used it dry it was awful. Not for me! While I had no cuts during the few strips I shaved it felt like rubbing sandpaper against my legs. It was also harder to rinse the razor for some reason. I just didn't like the feeling at all and will never use it that way again.
