This special effects polish in Cosmic Chrome doesn't perform as I thought it would. It doesn't set, and stays tacky. Had to remove and repolish nails. Great brand

Not Chrome
I usually really love Essie polish, espicall any with glitter bc they are so attention grabbing. But Cosmic Chrome is a major disappointment. I have tried it with a variety of base nail color, plain, iridicient, pastel, and just a base coat, it really doesn't show up. And when it does it is just a thin layer of silver (very pretty), nothing chrome about it. It is very smooth and easy to apply, but it doesn't seem to help with chrome's opacness. And if there are any specific technique about using this, I wish it is more readily available bc I cannot figure it out and I have done a lot of nail arts in my time.Respuesta de EssieHace 2 añosHello gracee. So shiny and fun

Buildable shiny chrome color!
