Only form of Vit.C I get
I've worked in the supplement industry for over 25 years and this is the only form of Vitamin C I get. Anything else is not doing anything for you. It is the most bioavailable form of Vitamin C in the market, which probably attests to why I haven't had a serious cold or flu in over 5 years. I'm not saying healthy diet, sleep and low stress don't help too, but I take the 500mg daily. Doesn't upset my stomach and my pee isn't bright yellow b/c of it going right through my system. Drink plenty of water as always, but if you want the antioxidant help of Vitamin C and you're not a big fruit person, take this product. By the way, NatureSmart is the ONLY US Manufacturer of this product.
