Self-Heating Contained Ingredient Liquid Sodium Acetate

Step 1. Bend the small metal disk inside the blue liquid filled compress. Once activated, the liquid crystallizes within seconds and generates steady heat
Step 2. Eye-press is applied with gauze side applied directly over the closed eye with gentle digital pressure and is massaged for a duration of about 5 minutes at a time
Step 3. For cleansing eye lide wipe, apply water to gauze and massage with finger to activate cleanser
Step 4. Apply as described in step 3.
