Was a little worried initially with having to resort to this, as I've never used something in that direction. Nevertheless I was desperate, so I went for it. It really wasn't that bad at all, took a minute or two to dispense it all, and the discomfort pails in comparison to the discomfort from the blockage. Tried waiting for 5 minutes and I think I got about 3. I've never felt my colon contract like that but I am cleared up. More fiber and water from now on. If you're worried, don't be. Using this will fix you right up in 10-15 minutes total.0 users found this review helpful.

Occasionally our digestive system needs a boost. Doctors will suggest a laxative. I find the best solution for Occasional constipation is the enema.
