I've been using these for years and the difference bt the pain of a tampon at the end of your cycle and one of these is night and day! When I'm working, my days are usually 12-15 hours. And I don't always get the luxury of running to the bathroom when I need. Amazing!!!!
I was always semi cautious about using something like this. My periods were terrible and would make me feel awful. By day 3 I’d feel so gross and yucky. I used this flex disc for the first time a couple months ago and I looovvveee it! It’s so nice, comfy and worry free! I worked out in this and definitely pushed it to its 12 hour max and it never leaked! Not once! After getting used to taking it out it was easy! Try it! These are the BEST
I have an obnoxious period cycle, where I can just spot for days. A light tampon works but can still feel like too much. However, these discs are fabulous. I can’t go about my day and not think about it until I get home. Easy to get in and easy to get out.0 users found this review helpful.

Good product, however...
I haven’t worn tampons in years because they seem to make my cramps worse, so I was very excited to try the Flex Plant Discs. In theory, I think these are fantastic. They are made from plant-based materials (hence, the name) and are very easy to insert. When properly inserted, you can’t feel a thing, and in my experience, didn’t cause any cramping. However, I believe this product should include surgical gloves. I’m not kidding. Taking the used disc out is an absolute mess. I have no idea how you could change one of these in a public restroom without coming out of the stall and scaring off everyone. It’s nearly impossible not to get blood all over your hands when removing and disposing the disc in the trash. The other thing is that if you allow the disc to stay inserted for too long and it’s very full, it can be very uncomfortable. Overall, I think it’s a good product to use at home or if you are out and know you won’t need to remove it in public. It may also be better suited for lighter flow days. Most comfortable product
Flex discs cut down my period pain by 80%!! Some days with tampons were almost unbearable, but I chopped it up to being a woman. Turns out most of my "period" pain was from the irritation that the tampons caused. Once that was out of the way, now I just have 2 days of cramps and the rest of my period is a breeze! Great product
I love this discs, way better than tampons. However I had to go to 2 different CVS to find them and they were almost $18. Thankfully I had coupons.0 users found this review helpful.
