Fast reading

Why is CVS checkout such a pain!
Checking out of a CVS store takes forever and is so frustrating! On this visit, I had a 30% off coupon the guy couldn't link to my account. We stood there for a good 20 minutes (20 minutes!!) with the guy wanting me to prove that was actually my phone, prove that MY email on the phone was actually MY email! A line forming behind me all this time. I finally told him that this was ridiculous for a $3.50 discount and it was time for him to over ride the system, give me the discount and get me out of there!! Which he finally, reluctantly did.
