White thin powder-Has a plastic like, chemical taste. "Unflavored" as in doesn't have the creamier taste that other, thicker, golden powders do. Does mix well in cold or warm. I don't feel this quite compares to other brands, I don't feel as well as I did on my former brand. So far so good.

Perfect addition to my protien shake
