Taste great
They taste really good but I would like to know how much Iodine total are in these supplements because to much of it can cause some strong health risks. I have been taking this for a month now and have noticed NO difference in my health. It tastes like candy and really not sure if it’s anything more than that. I see no evidence of there being sea moss in there as it’s all one color and looks like nothing is added to it.
