I have a hard time swallowing capsules, can I break it apart and mix with something? I'm not concerned with how bad it takesReply from forcefactorpwr1 year agoYes, you can add the powder from the capsule into a beverage, but the flavor from the berberine and cinnamon will be very strong. I was skeptical about trying blood sugar control supplements until I found out about Ultra Berberine. After giving it a shot, I was pleasantly surprised to see that my blood sugar didn't spike when I ate the food I was not able to before. White rice, pasta, and pastries were the culprits but I was still able to eat them in moderation when taking the supplement. I'm genuinely happy with the results.
