The sleeve is super easy to put on and take off, which is great when I need quick relief. It's really good at compressing and stays snug without being too tight. The best part is the cold therapy feature. It targets the exact spot where I feel pain and swelling, and it helps a lot in reducing both. I just grab it from the freezer, slip it on, and I can feel the relief almost immediately. The sleeve feels soft against my skin, which is a nice bonus. It's also very well made. Easy to open but just don't throw the bag it comes in away because that is what you use to keep it cool and protected in your freezer. After having it in freeze all morning putting it on the area be it knee or elbow is a great way to relax your stiff muscles.
