The sleeve is super easy to put on and take off, which is great when I need quick relief. It's really good at compressing and stays snug without being too tight. I just grab it from the freezer, slip it on, and I can feel the relief almost immediately. The sleeve feels soft against my skin, which is a nice bonus. It's also very well made. The size/fitting was pretty good. I bit loose on my daughters arm (she very skinny). Absolutely Amazing
