No support past 1 year.
Works fine for a year but you can't use it after a year without wasting plastic and money. Simple fix would be to sell packs of 12+ months but they won't. Limited Use with Lack of Replacement Pads
Product itself is great but lack of replacement pads make this product very short lived. Frida only offers a 4 back replacement where 3 of the 4 pads are 6m and under which likely would never need replacing. Good but not greay
Design is nice. The battery life on this is terrible. It needs to be replaced very frequently. Also, how did your product development team not think of selling the filing pads (9-12m+) alone so customers don't have to purchase the entire bundle.
