I came back from 10 days in Sicily where the weather was hot. Had a rash in armpits and crotch . Itchy and red. Tries cortisone cream and calamine lotion, but it wasn’t clearing up. This spray appears to be working, so it might be a fungal infection. It actually works!
Many of the OTC products for toenail fungus do not work getting through the nail at the fungus. This one is working for me. I apply it twice a day, saturating the nails and surrounding tissue and I could see improvement after a few days. Now, about 10 days later, I have a marked improvement that even my wife noticed.
