I got about 6 months of use out of these before the filling started to break down and seep through the material. It looks like rust and gets on your skin. And it also comes out of the stitching and makes everything sandy when you use them. Great, high-quality ankle weights!
I bought these ankle weights for my personal physical therapy as part of a hemorrhagic stroke recovery. The stroke was several years ago, but I still find it necessary to pursue physical therapy on my own. I've gone through several pairs of ankle weights, and these seem like they will last a long time. The fabric and the Velcro both seem sturdy, Those are the features that have failed me in the past. Fit well

Not for larger ankles
Fabric snags easily. But what I found far more of a problem is that I have thicker ankles and they are at the very end of the Velcro to attach. A large man or woman can't comfortably wear them for long.7 users found this review helpful.
