Roller is the perfect size, great for back work, rolling sore muscles, or just elevating knees to relax legs. Long enough for effective workouts, small enough to store. Utterly Worthless--Except Maybe in the Pool
I bought this, thinking that it would be less brutal to my aching back than the harder, less-forgiving rollers at the gym. Big mistake! This "roller" doesn't roll! It just lies there, under my shoulder blades, and does nothing. The problem is that it's "squishy". It isn't firm (i.e., doesn't keep its shape) and so (because it's not round) doesn't roll.
