This roller works better than any other I've tried. Good for the back, legs, and even I've menaged to use it on my arms by holding it with the other arm and the leg! The balls and knobs are the right size, so it's both effective and pleasant. At first I thought the spikes would be painful but I find this much less painful than other tools my Physical Therapist has used.
