I got this from another seller but I really love it. I use it every day! I've been having back issues for a few years but this year my back ached daily for a few months. X-rays revealed nothing so I got some physical therapy. Though this ball was not suggested, I did ask my PT before I purchased it. He thought it would be helpful and showed me some stretches using the one he had in the office. The ball came with a hand pump but I used an electric tire inflator. It was hard to tell if it was inflated enough because the instructions show how to measure the circumference (distance around) using the enclosed blank tape but then give measurements that must refer to the diameter (height) of the inflated ball. These are two totally different measurements. I didn't want to pop my ball, so I kept it a bit underinflated, then used the hand pump a few weeks later to fill it up more (but still smaller than the tape). The stopper is very hard to get out but I found that using a very small spoon gets it out in a few seconds. I did buy this product again.

I use the ball as a physical therapy ball, help me with my balance and getting back on the road to recovery from several surgeries last year! It was a good price!
