I can't pinpoint what is causing it but it sends like I have not had any new occurrences since I have been taking this stuff. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband has been trying the gas and bloating relief capsules for a couple weeks now. We haven't noticed any change for the better when it come to his bloated feelings or gas. I feel like this product may work for some people but just hasn't helped us. He will continue to take them to finish the bottle. Great probiotic!

This probiotic does not need to be refrigerated, it also can be taken with or without food. Hassle free in my opinion! It also has helped my digestive system. I tried fiber and other supplements, this made me more regular and decreased my gas.
