I'm a long haired male and I've been buying this brand of shampoo & conditioner for several years, have been happy with the product. Not anymore with this improved formula. My hair does not feel soft nor does it help with tangles. The conditioner smells funny and it just doesn't do what conditioner is suppose to do. I'm very dissatisfied. It's terrible. Conditioner feels amazing on my hair

I do have naturally pretty straight hair but frizzy. It does help with the frizziness.
