    False advertisement - bad formula change

    I have been coloring my hair with Garnier for years and this is the first time the color was so far off from what it should be. Change your formula back please!! This color turned out to be a reddish coppery color. Not one bit of purple in it.

    Terrible product

    I will never buy this product again. It did not dye my hair. I will tell everyone I see not to buy this awful useless product.

    Red - FIX IT!

    It's RED! Not a dark golden brown. Neither the information on the box or the color guides on their website match the color that I got. I see there are reviews that are more than an year old that say the same thing. Why haven't you fixed the box information????!

When you choose a color with golden tones in brown haircolor it will deposit a orange/red color to your hair. If you do not want to see the red/orange color, we suggest using Nutrisse, shade #40, Dark Natural Brown. We are sorry your results were not what you were expecting. We'd like to help!     Horrible and a waste of money

    You ruined the 100 and 111 blonde. I had a beautiful blonde with no brass or damage. Who cares if it drips. It worked. This new version had made me color my hair twice now and going on 3 to get the same results. Bad move and I am moving on to exploring Loreal cream blonde colors.

    Not the same as it used to be!!!

    I have been using this one for many years because it was so close to the original color of my hair and it was always silky. I get the ash to keep out the red, but it still has a red tint to my hair. Apparently, I'm not the only one who has noticed the change. There are way too many complaints on this site for the same color. It doesn't cover my gray, as well as it used to cover it. I use the color protected shampoo and conditioner, and I still have to color every 3 weeks now.

    Change of formula has ruined this brand for me

    I have been using this colour for over 10 years and since they changed their formula it has turned my hair light red. I need to find an alt company now

    Terrible since change to formula

    I've uses this brand and shade for many years, but since the recent change to the formula, the color no longer takes to my hair. It also doesn't even smell like hair dye anymore. I can see all of my roots and greys within a week of coloring my hair and I unfortunately have to change to purchasing another brand. Please change the formula back, the new one is utterly useless!

    No gray coverage here.

    Says 100% gray coverage. I haven't colored my hair in over 6 months. The color that I used previously faded to a pale golden blonde. My natural color is now mostly white. I had several inches of outgrowth. I wanted it to match so I used #93, light golden blonde. I followed the directions and came away with very poor results- my white outgrowth is still white and the faded out looks the same as it did before coloring.
